The best of outdoors

I love Rosenborg Castle Gardens (Kongens Have) and Amager Strand beach, which are always nice places to hang out with friends when the weather allows. I also like to cycle down to the canal at Christianshavn and drink a cold beer while soaking in the lively atmosphere in the area. In the summer, there is a similar buzz on Kultorvet, with its pavement cafés near Nørreport Station.

Copenhagen by night

If you're heading out into the Copenhagen night life around Gammel Strand, there are lots of cosy bars to choose from. You'll come across places such as Zef Side and Fugu Cocktail Bar, while on Studiestræde, you'll find Bar 7, offering a wide selection of delicious cocktails and a vibrant vibe. I can also recommend Studiestræde Bar, which is a cosy, unusual cocktail bar.

Eating Asian

When I go out to eat, I tend to go for Asian food, which is my favourite food. I can recommend Wokbaren on Halmtorvet, where you get good Thai food in nice surroundings, Nam Nam offering delicious, authentic Singaporean food, or Wagamama at Tivoli, which is perfect if you're in the mood for a nice bowl of noodles.

...or how about a burger?

Not as crazy about Asian food as I am? You'll find the city's best burger at Greasy Spoon, while at Nimb Brasserie you can enjoy a really nice lunch. I have yet to try their evening menu.
